saucy secrets
Hey beautiful,
This is an invitation to share your Saucy Secret or confess your sins - your shadows, fears, joys, pain, pleasure, excitement, intrusive thoughts - anything.
The things you feel you can’t share with anyone else, or you don’t feel safe sharing with anyone else, the things keeping you awake at night - maybe through shame, embarrassment, trauma, being in the not-self, traversing your shadows and darkness, maybe you don’t feel comfortable expressing your emotions in front of others (positive or negative), maybe you have a juicy, delicious kink or fantasy you feel ashamed to share with another, maybe you don’t have a person you can trust with your secret or feelings.
Nothing is off limits, nothing is taboo - this is a safe and anonymous space - there is no judgment here. Best of all, I have no idea who you are as I am not capturing any of your personal details aside from your saucy secret. You can optionally choose to add your Sun, Moon, or Rising sign (because as an astrologer, I’m very intrigued and fascinated by these).
While everything you share is anonymous and secret, there is an option to give me permission to share your secret - this could be via social media, or in a newsletter. You can choose whether your secret is just between us, or if you are happy for me to share. I have come to realise that we are often not alone in our feelings, and sharing our experiences can be so comforting and affirming to others who may be experiencing the same emotions, or going through the same thing. Our wounds, our joy, and our experiences can help heal others, and you never know who you might be helping, healing or impacting by sharing. What a beautiful thing to consider - the ripple effect that your secret could have on another person.
Allow yourself to feel safe in sharing, venting, releasing whatever you are experiencing, and share openly, honestly and freely. Think of it like a diary or journal entry you can share with another in complete secret and mystery.
It is so liberating and empowering to release whatever is weighing you down. Allow the heaviness to lift, you don’t have to keep carrying it around.
I see you, I love you, I believe in you, keep going.
